ROHIQ Platform Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between the merchant or enterprise subscriber ("Customer") and ROHIQ Inc. governing access to and usage of the ROHIQ platform.

1. Service Availability & Subscriptions

ROHIQ provides cloud-hosted enterprise software under subscription licensing tiers. Customer workspaces are isolated and provisioned in accordance with the selected tier.

2. Permitted Use & Security

Users must safeguard administrative credentials, API secrets, and hardware seat tokens. Automated scraping, unauthorized penetration testing, and abusive API volume are prohibited.

3. Statutory & Financial Compliance

Customers maintain sole responsibility for the accuracy of their statutory tax filings, GST returns, and accounting ledger entries generated via the platform.
